Contraindications
Helena's specialty is in counseling victims of child, physical or sexual abuse by primaily using EMDR Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address the trauma.
In addition, Helena also uses EMDR Therapy to enhance client's performance in the work place by addressing ability, focus and motivation in order to perform optimally.
Helena also teaches the Enneagram personality styles and uses it primarily to further support and educate clients in their self exploration.
Helena's mission in her private practice is to provide quality health care by using appropriate techniques in a skillful and professional manner.
"Moya" means Spirit and "Matimba" means Energy/Power in Zulu (also Shangaan).
